Pilates is a low-impact exercise system focusing on core strength, flexibility and overall body conditioning through controlled movements and breathing techniques, designed to improve physical and mental well-being.
For optimal results, aim to practice Pilates two to three times per week, allowing your body time to rest and recover.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing, it would be useful if your top is slightly fitted to allow me to check your core engagement. Do remember to wear socks. Pilates is done in socks. You do not need to purchase grippy socks, any socks will do
We have mats available in the studio to use. If you prefer to use your own mat please bring it with you.
Please bring some water with you, it’s important to remain hydrated while exercising
